Do you ship internationally?

We work with customers in New Zealand and Australia and do insured shipping end-to-end throughout these two countries.


Do I need to book an appointment to visit a store? Where are your stores and showrooms located?

We are a digital store – a fully online operated model.

We offer virtual appointments and are accessible through multiple online channels, including WhatsApp, email, phone, and Instagram. Our team is always available to answer your questions and guide you through the process. Can I return my order?

We're sure you'll love your jewellery however for any reason you would like to return your order, we allow a 30 days return window from the date RoseCut dispatches your order. Please refer to our Return & Refund policy for the full details.


I received a faulty product, what do I do?

We pride ourselves to be excellent craftspeople but in the unlikely event that a piece of jewellery appears faulty, please contact customer services via email as soon as possible. 

The item must not be worn and unused in order to be returned. After inspection, we will be able to come up with a fix. Please refer to our Return & Refund policy for the full details.


Can I get my ring resized if it doesn’t fit?

Yes, we can resize most ring styles. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the design, it is not possible to resize rings that have been engraved, eternity rings, or custom/bespoke rings. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions page.

Can you engrave my ring?

Yes, in most cases we can engrave your ring. Here are some things you need to consider before getting your ring engraved:

  • The engraving process can add 3-4 days onto the delivery time.

  • There is a character limit.

  • Refunds are not possible when an item is engraved.

  • Rings cannot be resized after being engraved.

How do I cancel my order?

Can I view your jewellery in-store?

We are a digital store. We offer virtual appointments and are accessible through multiple online channels, including WhatsApp, email, phone, and Instagram. Our team is always available to answer your questions and guide you through the process. This approach ensures competitive pricing and seamless customization, giving you the best value and a truly personalized experience.

Do you offer interest-free finance?

We offer a range of payment options. We also do offer Afterpay which allows you to pay in four interest-free instalments.

What payment methods do you accept?

RoseCut accepts the following payment methods:

  • Stripe for Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club)

  • GPay / Apple Pay

By providing your payment details, you authorize us to charge the total amount of your order, which includes insured shipping and GST, to the chosen payment method.


Is delivery free of charge?

RoseCut offers secured shipping within New Zealand and Australia. Shipping costs are included in the price however and delivery times may vary depending on your location. International shipping may be available in future, but currently, we only ship to New Zealand and Australia. For orders shipped to Australia or any international location, customs duties, taxes, and any import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price at checkout. For orders shipped within New Zealand, customs duties, taxes, and any import fees are included in the price of the product at checkout.

  • New Zealand Shipping: Delivery within 4 to 5 weeks from date of the order.

  • Australia Shipping: Delivery within 4 to 5 weeks from date of the order.


Do you offer Lifetime Guarantee for your products?

We stand behind our products and guarantee that all items will be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the products. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. If we determine your merchandise contains a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise. 

Fine jewellery is not resistant to normal wear, external factors, or accidental impact. This is particularly relevant for rings, as hands are frequently exposed to significant daily use. We do not offer guarantee for damages resulting from normal wear, product loss, stone loss, or theft. Additionally, any damage or loss caused by the failure to perform necessary repairs to maintain the product's integrity is not covered.

The following are common jewellery issues that are not considered manufacturing defects:

  1. Discoloration resulting from exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing.

  2. Wear and tear of prongs and precious metals, which may require reinforcement or restoration over time.

  3. Bent, damaged, or worn prongs, which may cause a stone to loosen or fall out due to normal wear or accidental impact.

  4. Lost or dislodged stones caused by chipping, breakage, or normal wear.
