Order Cancellation Policy


At RoseCut, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. As our jewellery is carefully crafted to order, we offer a limited window for order cancellations. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. This allows us enough time to halt production and process your cancellation.

  1. Cancellation by us

               We reserve the right to cancel your Order at any time for any reason. If we do, and payment has already been processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

  1. Cancellation by you

    1. You may cancel your Order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at [email protected]. 

    2. A 3% cancellation fee will apply to cover transaction and admin costs. 

    3. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible as production will have commenced.


After the 24-hour window, the production of your order will likely have begun, and cancellations will no longer be possible. In such cases, refunds will not be issued, and the order will proceed as planned. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the 24-hour timeframe, providing your order number and the reason for cancellation. Once your cancellation is processed, we will confirm the refund, and it will typically appear in your account within 10-15 business days, depending on your payment method.
